There is simply no way to compare store bought condiments to those we can create in our own kitchen. The versions we make ourselves are exponentially healthier for us, much tastier than their store bought counterparts, and so incredibly easy to make. They literally take minutes of our time. Let’s all get back to creating our own dressings, toppings, sauces, and seasonings at home. I offer these recipes to you as a way to lend a hand on your healthy condiment creation journey!
February is fast approaching. And the 1st day of the month will mark the celebration of Imbolc. This is the halfway point between the first day of winter (winter solstice) and the first day of spring (spring equinox).

Whether you want to treat yourself, someone you love, the host/hostess of a party you are attending, workmates, or someone in the service industry whom you have grown to appreciate, herbal infused salts are a fantastic way do it!
Sprouting has been on my should-do list for years. I adore sprouts. I’m a huge fan of how they make me feel when I eat them. And I have known for some time that the occassional ‘sprout fix’ I get when I grab those tiny little packages at the grocery store is not nearly enough for me 😉
There really is nothing like homemade bbq sauce. Making it yourself is the only way to go. It is so much better than anything you can pour from a bottle picked off the supermarket shelf.
If you don’t already have a recipe you love, or even if you do, I’ve got one for you that’s going to make your tastebuds sing 😉 And I can’t imagine a better time to roll it out than just before Father’s Day! You’re welcome Dad!
